White Chocolate Clusters
1 package of Vanilla CandiQuik
2 Tb. creamy peanut butter
1 medium size bag of M&M candies (assorted colors, or customize based on the season/holiday)
1 cup cocktail peanuts or cashews
1 cup of rice krispie cereal
1 cup of mini marshmallows
Lay out sheets of wax paper for transferring candy to cool. In a large bowl, combine M&M’s, nuts, rice krispie cereal, and marshmallows. Set aside. Remove wrapper from CandiQuik, but leave the chocolate in the cardboard heating tray. Add the peanut butter to the top of the chocolate. Microwave for 1 minute, remove and start to break up the chocolate and stir in the peanut butter. Continue to microwave in 20 second increments, stirring in between until melted and creamy. Immediately pour over the reserved dry ingredients and stir to coat. Working quickly, spoon the mixture into heaping tablespoons onto the wax paper and allow to set up. Store in an air tight container.
