Swiss Cheese Potatoes
1 -30 oz bag of frozen shredded hash browns
12 oz. sour cream
1 can of cream of celery soup
4 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 Tb. fresh chives, chopped
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients above, stirring well to combine. Grease a 9 x 13 pan and spoon potatoes into the pan evenly. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
