Power Smoothie

1 banana

8 oz frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

1 cup fresh spinach, rinsed and dried

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup Greek vanilla yogurt

1 large pitted date

2 Tb hemp seeds

Add all ingredients to a blender (I use a Vitamix for all my smoothies), and blend until all ingredients are well mixed. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings
