Pizza Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz. finely shredded Italian cheese blend, divided
14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 Tb. italian seasoning
12 slices of pepperoni, quartered, or chopped
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender, combine tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, and italian seasoning. Blend until pureed. Ina medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and 2 oz. of shredded cheese. Mix will. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of a pie plate. Pour tomato mixture over the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese over the sauce. Top with bacon and pepperoni. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cheese in browned and bubbly. Serve with crackers or breadsticks.
