Macaroni and Cheese

8 oz. of elbow macaroni noodles

2 cups of cottage cheese

8 oz. sour cream

1 egg, lightly beaten

3/4 tsp. salt

dash of pepper

dash of garlic powder

2 cups of grated cheese (I use a combination of sharp cheddar, colby jack, and mozzerella)

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

bread crumbs (I like Stone House Bread Artisan Zesty Breadcrumbs)

paprika

Cook macaroni noodles according to package instruction and drain. In a large bowl combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder and all cheeses. Stir in cooked and drained noodles. Mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
