Deviled Eggs

6 eggs

1/4 cup of mayonnaise

1 tsp. yellow mustard

1 tsp. white vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

dash of pepper

Smoked paprika, garnish

Cover eggs with water in a medium saucepan. Bring water to a boil. Turn off the heat and cover the pan for 12-15 minutes. Rinse the eggs under cold water. Remove the shells while running them under cold water. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove the cooked yolks. Place the egg whites on a serving tray. Place the yolks into a bowl and mix them with the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Put this mixture into a plastic ziploc bag, snip off a corner, and pipe into the egg whites. Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
