Cucumber Dip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 English cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped or shredded
1 cup mayo
1 TB. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. dried dill
1/2 tsp. hot sauce (I use Sriracha)
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves of garlic, finely minced (you can adjust the amount of garlic if you prefer)
Mix together all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for a couple hours prior to serving.
Serve with Naan or pita
