Crockpot Candy
1 lb. vanilla flavored CandiQuik, broken into chunks
1 lb. Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Dipping Wafers
2 TB. creamy peanut butter
6 cups salted peanuts
In a large crock pot, mix the nuts, CandiQuik and dark chocolate wafers together and top with two tablespoons of peanut butter. Set the crock pot to low heat and cover. After 30 minutes, stir the mixture. Continue to heat on low for an additional 30-45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes, until the mixture is melted completely. Lay out sheets of wax paper on a counter top and spoon mixture by the tablespoon onto the wax paper. Allow to cool and set up for approximately 1 hour. Store in an airtight container.
