Crispy Roasted Brussel Sprouts
20-30 brussel sprouts, rinsed, cored, and cut in half
2 tb. oilve oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 slices of thick cut bacon, chopped
balsamic vinegar, reduced to thicken
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine prepared brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper and bacon. Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Serve warm or at room temperature.
