Cheesy Potatoes
1 – 32 oz bag diced hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
4 cups shredded cheese, I use a mixture of mild cheddar and colby jack
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, stirring to mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 – 60 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
