Banana Bread

3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 egg

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 1/2 cups of flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease a loaf pan and dust the bottom with a little cinnamon and sugar.

Mix the bananas, sour cream, vanilla, egg and pecans together. In a seperate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and cinnamon. Add the dry mixture to the wet and stir together, do not over mix. Pour into the greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
