Bacon and cheese “Everything” quiche

1 refrigerated pie crust

2 TB. everything bagel seasoning

5 eggs

3/4 cup half and half

salt and pepper

4 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded

8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

2 TB. fresh chives, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Make sure to leave pie crust out at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before unrolling. Unroll pie crust and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the crust, pressing the seasoning into the crust with a rolling pin or the side of a glass. Put pie crust into a 9 inch pie pan, with the seasoning side up. Press the crust into the pan and crimp the edges as desired. Place pie crust in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven press down any bubbles that formed during par baking. Whisk together eggs, half and half and salt and pepper. Place crumbled bacon, shredded cheese and chive into the bottom of the baked crust. Pour egg mixture over the the bacon, cheese and chive. Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
