Easy Blue Cheese Coleslaw
1 medium head of green cabbage, outer leaved removed, cored, thinly sliced and chopped
3/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Mix together all ingredients in large bowl. Store in an air tight container.
