Crescent Veggie Pizza
1 tube of crescent dough sheet (if you can’t find this, use a regular tube of crescents and pinch the seams together)
1 – 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
1 – 1 oz package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
2 Tb. mayo
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Roll out the tube of crescents onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or under lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and cool. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo and packet of ranch powder. Spread evenly over the cooled cresecent roll dough. Sprinkle veggies evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Top with the cheese. Cover with wax paper or parchment paper and press down gently to secure the veggies into the cream cheese layer. Chill for approximately 15-20 minutes before cutting.
